Refund policy

At VALENTINI JEWELLERY, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Returned with all original packaging
Returned within 30 days of receiving your order

To start a return, please contact us at hello@valentini.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind unless they are faulty.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another style or size, please contact us at hello@valentini.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VALENTINI JEWELLERY cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every VALENTINI piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@valentini.com.au.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs so we can resolve it quickly.

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
