ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be carefully prepared, packed and dispatched. During launches, promotional periods and other times of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia on orders over $140.

Orders under $140 will be charged a $15 standard shipping rate.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post currently advises approximately 2–6 business days for Parcel Post and 1–3 business days for Express Post, depending on destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, Valentini ships internationally.

International shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services.

Australia Post currently estimates approximately 5–10 business days for International Standard and 3–6 business days for International Express between major metro areas, excluding customs delays.

Any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your Valentini delivery.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and delays may occasionally occur outside our control.
